We will explore the following key areas:

  1. Boundaries: Understanding and implementing boundaries are crucial for maintaining emotional and psychological well-being. We will delve into both internal boundaries, such as self-discipline and consistency, and external boundaries, vital for fostering healthy relationships.

  2. Emotional Mastery: Developing emotional regulation skills empowers us to navigate life's highs and lows with grace and composure. Through effective practices and techniques, you will learn to identify, understand, and master your emotions effectively.

  3. Crisis Stabilisation: Life can throw unexpected challenges our way, testing our balance and emotional resilience. We will equip ourselves with strategies to stabilise our nervous system during times of crisis, effectively navigating difficult and intense emotions.

  4. Difficult Conversations: Effective communication is key to building healthy relationships and resolving conflicts. We will learn the structure of communication, navigating challenging conversations with confidence, expressing ourselves authentically while respecting the autonomy and boundaries of others.

  5. Self-Compassion: Cultivating self-compassion is essential for fostering inner strength and resilience. We will explore practices to offer ourselves kindness and understanding during times of suffering and struggle, while also learning to manage the critical inner voice and feelings of inadequacy.

  6. Building Healthy Relationships: Healthy, mature relationships are built on a foundation of mutual respect, trust, and understanding. Understanding the stages of healthy relationship development, essential skills for fostering connection, and support individual growth in your relational dynamics.

  7. Empowering Dynamics: Breaking free from limiting dynamics of victim-persecutor-rescuer roles, we will embrace empowering and healthy ways of relating. By cultivating assertiveness, empathy, and accountability, we foster deeper connections and suport mutually supportive relationships.

  8. Cognitive Distortions and Limiting Beliefs: What we tell ourselves has a powerful impact on our emotions and behaviours. We will identify and challenge cognitive distortions and limiting beliefs that hinder our progress and sabotage our potential for growth and change.

While active participation during live sessions is encouraged for optimal learning, we understand that scheduling conflicts or other commitments may arise. If you're unable to attend a weekly session in real-time, reach out to us, and we'll arrange a convenient time for you to view the recording online. Our priority is to ensure that you receive the necessary support and guidance to make the most of your learning experience.
